MEDTOX Scientific, Inc. is comprised of 2 divisions – MEDTOX Laboratories, Inc. (St Paul, MN) and MEDTOX Diagnostics, Inc. (Burlington, NC)

MEDTOX Laboratories contains a full-service clinical laboratory as well as a SAMHSA-certified drug testing laboratory.  On the clinical side, MEDTOX offers testing services to physician offices, Clinical Trials sponsors, occupational health clinics, pain management clinics and other health care organizations.  On the drug testing side, MEDTOX offers testing services to corporations, clinics and governmental agencies.

MEDTOX Diagnostics is a GMP, ISO-certified manufacturing facility that produces FDA-cleared drug screening devices for use in corporations, hospitals, corrections, rehabilitation facilities and occupational health clinics.
